2. What FareHalo is

FareHalo is a flight discovery, price-comparison, fare-alert, and booking-referral service. FareHalo is currently a free, non-commercial beta. Users do not pay FareHalo for this service. FareHalo currently receives no affiliate commission or compensation from booking providers. FareHalo does not sell tickets and has no paid ads or sponsorships.

FareHalo is not an airline, travel agency, OTA, tour operator, or ticket seller. FareHalo does not issue, control, or sell flight tickets. Bookings are completed with independent airlines or OTAs under those sellers' own terms.

3. Use of the website

Accessing or using FareHalo means you also accept the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

Unless otherwise stated, FareHalo site content (text, images, designs, code, trademarks, and logos) belongs to the operator named above or is used under authorization. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify it without prior written consent, except as allowed by mandatory law.

5. Liability

Discovery fares are recently observed and indicative. A later itinerary check can differ. Live itinerary and seller prices can change. You are responsible for how you use the site and for any contract you enter into with an airline or OTA.

6. External links and bookings

FareHalo may link to, or hand you off to, third-party websites and booking systems. The operator does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, ticket fulfilment, baggage, changes, cancellation, or flight refunds.

7. Governing law

This notice is governed by Spanish law. Disputes are subject to the competent courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may let you bring proceedings in your place of residence.
